Sooo it's day 4 of our trip and I'd love to sit here and say Alfie and I were seizing the day by being wide awake, showered and exploring what the rest of Hong Kong was like....but I can't. It was 4pm and we were still in bed (oops).

To be honest I don't have much to report for the day as a whole here as it pretty much existed of going for the most disgusting wonton soup (usually this is the part where I would say check out the blog for what we thought of it but no need this time - it was absolutely awful). We then went to the local supermarket to check out what they had to offer and decided to finish off the afternoon by having our first domestic in the biscuit aisle because Alfie still wasn't best pleased we woke up so late.

We thought tonight would be the perfect night to go out and explore Hong Kong's nightlife, coincidently West Ham were playing late on the same night too. We headed out to Wan Chai to find out what food it had to offer as it was home to many English pubs and we were pretty desperate for some pub grub (we ended up going for Mexican and it was amazing - Check out what we thought about meal 5 on our eat page).

After having a few drinks during the West Ham game in Churchills Alfie and I made our way down to Lan Kawi Fong as we had heard it was the place to be on the week ends. The best way to describe LKF is to say it looks like a huge crossroad flooded with bars, woozey people and loud EDM music. We had a great night testing out Hong Kong's cocktail list and ending the night with a cheesy nightclub! It's fair to say we made up for the time we slept during the day and ended up having quite a late night - adios!
