Hội An, Vietnam Day 20

It's our last full day in Hội An and after having three beach days in a row we decided we would chill and take it easy today. We also moved back into a private room too as the wifi is much stronger than the one in the 6 bed dorm so we ended up spending most of our morning in our room catching up on English TV, we didn't feel the slightest bit guilty!

At around lunch time we headed down to the busy hostel pool for a little swim and sun bathe as we wanted to make the most of our last day here. We relaxed by the pool all afternoon and played games of table football and pool accompanied by a small lunch consisting of a banana milkshake and a 50p Banh Mi - We told ourselves we would go out for a nice meal tonight so wanted something cheap and easy.

When we first arrived here we glanced at a few menus in Hoi An town and attempted to remember the restaurant's names in order for us to check their reviews on Trip Advisor and have a lovely dinner, plus Lucy loves reading reviews anyway which is probably why we don't often have a bad meal. A popular restaurant called Morning Glory seemed to always be busy when we walked passed and it was recommended by a family friend who has recently been there. We knew we made the right choice because you had to wait 10 minutes to be seated (Check out meal 26 on our eat page!). After dinner we strolled around the lantern lit streets popping in and out of clothes shops before buying a fresh lemon juice (33p) from a young Vietnamese man out of a cooler box. The night market streets have always had such a great atmosphere, we even saw a Vietnamese duo playing Despactio by Justin Bieber on the flute!

A perfect date to complete our stay here, I think Lucy and I can both agree Hội Anhas been our favourite place so far! We will be sad to say goodbye tomorrow.
